In light of the current and every changing COVID-19 Pandemic, we, at House of Solus Jewellery, would like to reassure all of our clients and customers of the steps we are taking, as a company, to ensure we remain compliant with government guidelines as well as keeping the health of our clients and staff as the utmost importance.
Firstly, we will operate an appointment only system
will not accept any walk-in enquiries in order to minimise the risk of infection.
Appointments can be booked for specific designs or enquiries via the website appointment page or by emailing, calling or contacting us through our various social media channels - the details of which can be found on the website homepage.
Second, any current or future client wishing to avoid contact at all or who may be self isolating we will offer virtual consultation and design appointments. This means that the bespoke journey can continue from a distance in order to respect each clients wishes as well as comply with the government guidelines as they currently stand.
We would like to reassure any clients that currently have projects pending with the studio that current deadlines are working to be met and at the time of publishing there are no reasons for delay however individual projects and clients will be contacted in due course should this change. All decisions and communication will be made with the most recent government guidelines and recommendations in mind as well as the health and best interests of our clients and team.
Finally, we would like to thank all of our clients for their patience and understanding during this uncertain time and hope that everyone remains healthy.
